5 Fresh Hair Styles for Lunch with Friends

Life feels like it’s finally getting back to normal and we couldn’t be more excited to head out for some long, leisurely lunch dates with our besties. We’re looking forward to throwing on our favorite outfit, stepping into a new pair of shoes and doing something a little different with our hair. Here are the top five hair styles we can’t wait to try.

The Wavy High Pony

A flirty high pony is in for spring. And this wavy version is a nice update to the classic favorite. Use a curling iron to style your hair as if you’re wearing it down, then just throw it up in a ponytail at the crown of your head.

Beautiful Barrettes

Running late for your date? We love the ease of this high impact, low effort look. Grab your favorite barrette and go for a femme side clip.

The Scarf Bun

A low bun has always been one of our favorite go-tos for instant chic. We’re loving this look that incorporates a colorful scarf for the ultimate statement.

‘60s Sexy

Get a little retro with this flattering half-up style. Add a slight wave with a curling iron (unless you’re lucky enough to have them naturally), part down the middle, clip the top portion back leaving the front pieces out to frame your face and voila! Add a grosgrain ribbon for extra appeal.

High and Tight

Braids take the top knot to new heights in a face-forward look. We especially like this one when we’re between hair washes. To create, just pull your locks into a high ponytail and braid the strands. Then simply wrap the braid and secure. Make it pop even more with one or several small braids added around the head. Try our Smooth Hair Oil to keep frizz and flyaways at bay.
