"I honestly am not sure how to review this product whether it’s a three or four star product. It comes in a glass tub at leaked during shipment. I follow directions as prescribed, and it felt like putting pieces of coconut on my hair with in an emollient. And then my hair felt like straw. I rinsed well and then continued with my normal shampoo and conditioner not any products purchased from this company. I’ve used the product twice so I can’t really form an opinion. I don’t think. I’ll keep trying, but at this point I’m unsure."

"I used this product in combination with the Sake rinse and had a scalp and forehead irritation (burning sensation) after the first use. The product is heavily perfumed, and I smelled my hair all day long until I washed again with another shampoo. Will not use it again."

"I’ve been using this as a weekly reset and really like how clean my scalp feels after each wash. The scrub texture is noticeable but not too harsh, and it lathers nicely once you start massaging it in. My hair feels lighter and refreshed without that overly stripped feeling some clarifying shampoos leave behind. It’s especially nice after using styling products during the week. Product was provided by the brand. All thoughts are my own."

"What an incredible cleansing shampoo this is! Give it some time getting scrubbing into your hair. I love it for my fine hair- it gives me the most wonderful clean feeling without stripping my hair, and my scalp feels so soothed and clean after using it. It smells amazing. Can definitely double as a cleansing body scrub if you like multi-use products (it' snot marketed that way but I feel it's THAT good). I'm on my 3rd or 4th tub of this scrub!"

- Is this product good for oily thinning hair?
- Hi Charm, This product is a deep cleansing exfoliating sugar scrub and shampoo. It removes excess build up, including oils. We recommend using it once or twice a week in replacement of your regular shampoo.

- All of our products have a pH between 5 - 7!
