U.S. SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. Orders received before 10am EST will ship same day.

We primarily ship through UPS, USPS or FedEx. After leaving our facility, carrier typically delivers in 2–10 business days, depending on your shipping address. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. All of our shipments currently ship from Los Angeles, California.

FREE SHIPPING – IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Currently we offer Free Ground Shipping of $40 or more to the Continental U.S.

FEDEX HOME DELIVERY & 2-DAY SHIPPING 

Currently we also offer FedEx Home Delivery & 2-Day Shipping to help expedite any orders you may need to arrive sooner. 2-Day Shipping starts as soon as the order ships from our warehouse, not the day you placed the order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer International Shipping is available to most countries in the world.

RETURN POLICY

Our #1 Goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

IMPORTANT: To secure refund or replacement of any product, you must first contact help@naturelab.com for return instructions. Please include your name, item, order number and shipping address. We will respond within 24 hours.

Please Note: We only accept returns of products purchased through our NatureLab.com website. For product purchased elsewhere, please return directly to seller.

Return Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns or refunds.

Products must be returned in its original packaging.

NatureLab is unable to process exchanges; all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions. 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds, when approved, will be reflected on the original payment method account within 3-5 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Oh no! Need to cancel? You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
