"Hi, I am a licensed esthetician who specializes in holistic modalities. Although I don't have much knowledge on hair as I am not a cosmetologist, I really wanted to like this shampoo and conditioner combination because of the botanical technology used in its ingredients but it was unfortunately not a 5/5 star for me.I ran out of the Naturelab Tokyo perfect repair conditioner much faster than I did the shampoo. The conditioner did not feel like it was conditioning my hair at all. I would apply it to my ends as usual and try to run my fingers through my hair to comb the conditioner in, but it still felt tangled. I instantly did not like it and ran through the bottle trying to change my opinion. I have fairly healthy, thick, straight hair. I did not notice a difference in appearance other than being oilier."

"My hair is not colored. I have thick black Asian hair. I was able to try this conditioner and i think it is overall decent, but it didn't wow me. The scent is not overpowering, but reminds me of the  bottles the hotels gives for free. I don’t hate the scent, but I don’t love it either; rather have it fragrance free. The packaging is fun pumpkin bottle; reminds me of flask used for chemistry.in terms of effectiveness, it doesn't seem to provide the level of hydration and nourishment that I was expecting. My hair still feels somewhat dry and lacks the desired level of softness and smoothness. It hasn't made a significant difference in improving the overall condition of my hair.It's an average conditioner that might work for normal or thin hair, but for specific concerns, you might want to explore other options. Overall, this conditioner  is decent and gets the job done."

Protects Hair for Days

"Like the shampoo, NatureLab Tokyo Perfect Repair Conditioner has fun bulb packaging too. I love the creamy texture of this conditioner. I applied a moderate amount to my wet hair. The conditioner lathers well, and it's easy to rinse off. I have noticed less hair breakage since I began using this conditioner. It makes my hair soft and smooth. It prevents frizz too. It makes my hair shiny and prevents split ends. I noticed that my hair is smoother and soft. The conditioner gives me a pleasant and luxurious experience in the shower. Smart Keratin in this conditioner strengthened my weak hair. Unlike other conditioners I have used before, I don't need this daily to protect my hair from environmental factors or heat. It keeps my hair protected for days."

"The Nature Lab Tokyo Perfect Repair Conditioner smells very pleasant just like all the other products. And it leaves hair somewhat soft . I would prefer it to be alil more hydrating to my hair as I feel it’s not as soft as most conditioners I have used in my opinion. I have long thick curly hair so it takes a lot for me to use to see results and the bottles are cute but it’s just not enough product if your hair is thick . I used it on my kids hair and it did well on there’s but I just wish it was more hydrating to mines. It does leave hair smelling nice and soft but I did have to follow up with mask to get it extremely soft and leave it on a hour to see results . I’m not sure how it would do on other textures but my curly hair does lack moisture and is dry in some spots so idk Mabey it’s my hair and not the product. Idk I feel I just need something more stronger when it comes to hydration."

"This is so interesting to use!! The scent is refreshing and my hair feels so different like there’s reduction of some frizz. My hair is color treated so the results might take a while to see but after 1st use I’m shook. My hair has some bounce and feel so soft."
