However, I had to take a star off because the product arrived with a broken applicator, so I can't apply it to my scalp as precisely as designed and as I would like. At least the bottle was sealed! I received this complimentary product for my honest review."

"This rinse comes in a transparent bottle, which is convenient because you can easily keep track of how much product is left. I applied it after each shampoo, but I didn’t really feel the “fresh” effect mentioned in the instructions. It just felt like any other liquid on my scalp. The scent is quite neutral. After the first application, some dead skin came off my scalp, which I assume is a sign that the product is working."

- Why is the “shine scalp scrub” I bought not the same as the trial size I got…I ordered it after I use the trial one but the one I bought does not have the scrub texture that the trial size had and that’s why I bought it…the one I bought is more of a thick mask/conditioner texture…creamy no grit!
- Hi Mechelle, We're very sorry to hear that the consistency of the products you received weren't the same. Sometimes the sugar in our scrubs will settle at the bottom of the jar. We recommend scooping the sugar to the top to mix the product. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact help@naturelab.com for a replacment.
